Financial Analyst
Will conduct financial analysis for new investment opportunities and write business plans/feasibility studies for new ventures. Senior management's decisions are based on the results of these plans and studies. Review legal documents associated with our projects. Assist in presentations to potential co-investors. Project management and oversight. Requires outstanding written and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. This requires a Bachelor's Degree, a two year commitment, and 2-3 years work experience is a significant plus. The job is 5 days per week, 55 hours per week. Occasional travel.
