Project Manager / Financial Analyst
ASCOA is expanding and looking to hire talented project
manager/financial analysts to become an integral part of our success as we
continue to develop, acquire and manage surgery centers. Successful candidates
will conduct financial analysis and write business plans/feasibility studies for
new surgery center investment opportunities, which will be the basis of senior
management’s decisions. Successful candidates will assist in presentations to
potential co-investors and will provide project management and oversight
including data collection, review of legal documents, and communication with all
parties including partners, lenders, architects and attorneys. Project
manager/financial analyst will also provide support and assistance in matters of
finance management, including but not limited to monthly QuickBooks reviews,
financial reports and ownership changes to operational centers.
Success in this position requires outstanding written, analytical and
communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent computer skills are essential;
competence with MS Excel and experience with QuickBooks a plus.
Competitive salary based on education attainment and level of experience:
$60,000 minimum with BS/BA; $80,000 minimum with MBA. Complete benefit package
including vacation, PTO and holidays; company paid health insurance for employee

Bachelor's Degree required. MBA, MHA, or MPH preferred; CFA a plus. Prior

ASC Administrator
Positions currently available in Manhattan, NY and Somerset, NJ.
ASCOA is continually seeking high energy candidates with prior
management experience for Administrator positions at multi-specialty ASCs around
the country. Responsibilities include, inventory management, personnel
supervision, cost analysis, regulatory compliance, business development, risk
management and QI. Must be knowledgeable in licensure, AAAHC accreditation,
financial management, and managed care negotiations. Excellent computer and
organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, are essential to success
in this position. Candidate must be detail oriented, able function well under
pressure and meet deadlines.
Ideal candidate is an RN with MBA/MHA or commensurate experience; OR background

ASC Clinical Coordinator
Flexible and reliable Registered Nurses
needed to join the ASCOA team as Clinical Coordinators. The
Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the nursing staff and the day to
day operations of clinical services including assessing, planning,
implementing, evaluating and coordinating patient care to assure safe
practices. The Clinical Coordinator collaborates with
Pre-operative, PACU and Operating Room nurses to achieve optimum patient
outcomes, oversees purchasing of surgical supplies, controlled drugs,
and equipment, and coordinates staff development, orientation and staff
discipline and performance evaluations.
Ideal candidate is RN with 5+ years OR experiences and 2+ years
experience in ASC setting. Candidate must have management experience,
excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced
setting.

ASC Business Office Manager
Experienced ASC Business Office Managers
needed for busy multi-specialty ASCs. The Business Office Manager
must be able to interact effectively with staff, patients and surgeons’
offices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patient
scheduling, insurance verification, posting payments, collections,
medical records and front-desk operations.
Ideal candidate is an organized, flexible, friendly problem solver with
excellent computer skills and ASC experience. Knowledge of
third-party billing and excellent computer skills, including proficiency
with Excel and AdvantaX, preferred. Candidate must be able to multi-task
in an fast-paced setting and be a motivated self-starter.
